This seminar, presented by Advancing Reach Change, Inc., will examine current research concerning individuals convicted of sexual offenses. Jeffrey Sandler, who has been researching issues related to sexual offending for 20 years, will present findings related to sexual offending, including recidivism, rehabilitation, and re-entry, along with a broad overview of risk assessments.
This training offers grounded knowledge, which is pivotal to supporting accurate, evidence-based approaches to mitigation advocacy work.

Jeffrey Sandler has been researching issues related to sexual offending for 20 years. His main areas of research focus have been risk assessment, females who commit sexual offenses, and post-conviction public polices designed to manage people who commit sexual offenses. Most recently, he has been examining the relationship between age and sexual recidivism risk.
