Registration is open for the IPDA's 2023 Spring Seminar. On Thursday, June 1, there will be a Case Law Update from Laura Weiler, Director of Training at OSAD. This will also feature two presentations brought to you by the Juvenile Defender Resource Center: State of Detention, Part I: Civil Rights Violations and Identified Problems at Juvenile Detention Facilities featuring Rachel Shapiro and Jessica Gingold, Equip for Equality; and State of Detention, Part II: The Juvenile Defender's Response: Better Advocacy at Detention Hearings featuring Amber Miller, Chief, Juvenile Division, Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender.
