This one-hour virtual CLE presented in partnership with the Juvenile Justice Initiative will cover JJI's recent report on youth transfer. This program will explore how Illinois' current transfer laws lead to trying youth in adult court, in Illinois which reduces public safety and can even lead to more repeat offenses.
